Autonomy Engineer at BairesDev What You'll Do Develop and refine decision-making algorithms for autonomous vehicle navigation and behavior. Design on-vehicle autonomy logic to handle complex motion planning and execution. Implement planning under uncertainty models to improve system robustness in dynamic environments. Apply autonomous vehicle safety patterns to ensure rigorous adherence to operational standards. Collaborate on the integration of fundamental robotics principles into scalable software solutions. Optimize Real Time system performance for low-latency autonomous operations. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Robotics. Proven expertise in developing on-vehicle autonomy logic and decision-making algorithms. Advanced proficiency in C+ and fundamental robotics principles. Hands-on experience with planning under uncertainty and autonomous vehicle safety patterns. Strong understanding of autonomous vehicle behaviors and Real Time systems.
