Job Description

We are open to candidates who just completed an Engineering degree, provided they have exposure to simulation modeling and Teamcenter through coursework, internships, or project experience. 8-5 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday (Mon and Fri- remote) in Warren, MI We are seeking a Simulation Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and validating simulation models that support product development, system performance, and engineering analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, build, and maintain simulation models to support engineering and product development activities. Analyze simulation results and provide recommendations to improve product performance and design. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define simulation requirements and validate model accuracy. Support design reviews and engineering decision-making through data-driven analysis. Document simulation methodologies, assumptions, and results. Utilize Teamcenter to manage engineering data, simulation files, and product lifecycle information.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or related engineering discipline required). Experience with simulation modeling is required. Experience using Siemens Teamcenter is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CAE, FEA, or other engineering simulation software. Knowledge of product development processes and engineering best practices.

Pay:
$33.00 - $37.00 per hour
