Where Are We? We are located at 500 Conroe Park West Dr, Conroe, TX 77303. What Do We Do Here? Our Conroe Facility produces downhole products for drilling activities in North America. Our plant has high demand and is operating 24/7 to produce these products for our customers. To meet the demand for our products, we provide employees with an air-conditioned environment, highly organized and clean 300,000 SQ. ft. fabrication facility, new CNC Machines (Mazak, Mori Sieke, DMG Mori, Weiler, etc.), and a strong safety program designed to ensure our team goes home safe to their families after every shift. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. 3-7 years of industrial robotics experience. Experience with industrial robot programming, PLC integration, industrial networking, and manufacturing support. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Must be fluent in Chinese Preferred Qualifications Experience in energy equipment or heavy manufacturing. Robotic welding, machine vision, collaborative robots, offline simulation software. SprutCAM Python or C# experience. Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification. Project management experience. Design, program, test, and commission industrial robotic systems. Develop robot programs using FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa/Motoman, or Universal Robots. Configure EOAT, vision systems, sensors, and peripheral equipment. Optimize robot cycle times and troubleshoot robotic systems. Collaborate with Controls Engineers to integrate robots with PLCs, HMIs, conveyors, and safety systems. Provide production support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Manage small-to-medium automation projects and coordinate suppliers.
