You will play a vital role in maximizing facility throughput by proactively maintaining robotic fleets and resolving electro-mechanical system anomalies. Responsibilities Execute preventative inspections and calibrations on automated robotic vehicles, lifts, and storage systems to ensure continuous operation. Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software stoppages using schematics, wiring diagrams, and advanced diagnostic tools. Optimize system throughput by monitoring automated workflows and performing precision adjustments to robotic components. Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and repair documentation within the CMMS to track equipment health and parts usage. Perform mechanical fabrication tasks, including minor machining, sensor alignment, and structural modifications to support system integrity. Recover robotic units within restricted environments, ensuring safety protocols and 5S standards are strictly followed. Collaborate with operations teams to communicate maintenance timelines and minimize production downtime. Required Skills Proven experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems or automated machinery. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and wiring diagrams. Strong understanding of PLC logic and automated control systems. Ability to perform physical tasks in restricted spaces and at significant heights. Capacity to lift up to 60lbs and stand for extended shifts. Preferred Skills Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, automation, or a related field. Hands-on experience with robotic arm calibration and setup. Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple technical priorities. Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
