Job Summary

Help train the robots of tomorrow as an Entry Level Production Associate

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in robotics, warehouse automation, and logistics technology to find motivated Entry-Level Production Associates ready to be part of something innovative.

This is more than a traditional production role — your everyday actions will help teach advanced robotic systems how to work in real-world warehouse and fulfillment environments.

San Franciso, CA Payrate:

$23/hour:

Schedule:

1st shift, 8:30am to 5pm (30 min lunch)

What You'll Do

Fold, sort, organize, and handle products using wearable robotic gloves.

Perform repetitive tasks consistently to support AI and robotics training.

Follow detailed work instructions and established processes.

Identify and report process issues or inconsistencies.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Collaborate with robotics and engineering teams on AI training projects.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.

Comfortable following structured processes and detailed instructions.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Ability to remain active, focused, and productive throughout the shift.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and arm movements.

Ability to safely lift and move products and materials.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following environments is a plus:

Warehouse or fulfillment

Production or manufacturing

Assembly line operations

Retail or stocking

Pay Details:

$23.00 per hour
