Robotics Technician Overview We are seeking a skilled Robotics Technician to join our dynamic team. What you'll be doing as a Robotics Technician Support Production Engineering Support equipment specification development to confirm standards compliance Support equipment machine risk assessment development and confirmation activities Complete Seibi equipment checks for Safety, Electrical & Mechanical design confirmations Confirm equipment, conveyor & logistics hardware for individual cell & zone safety interlocks Support Seibi equipment confirmations at vendor buy-off trials & larger zone trials Support equipment adjustment to ensure Safety, Quality & Productivity target achievement Engage in travel to vendors in the U.S., Canada, Mexico & Japan.
Robotics Technician Requirements:
2 Year associate's degree in technical field, completion of a trade school, or 3+ Years relevant technical experience 2 Years Experience with PLC programming for Toyopuc, Allen Bradley, Omron or Siemens Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings. Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams). Ability & willingness to work up to 25% overtime, possibly including 12-hours shifts with likelihood of significant weekend & holiday work Ability & willingness to travel up to 50% at peak times, both domestically & internationally. Experience with manufacturing equipment procurement, installation and confirmation Experience with Kawasaki or Fanuc Industrial Robots for Part Transfer or Auto-Tightening Experience with Keyence or other Vision System setup and/or integration Experience with AMRs &/or AGVs and AGV Traffic Control systems.

$27.00 - $40.00 per hour
