Job Description
ISG - Robot Service Technician near Novi, MI! A International company with a facility in Novi, MI area is currently seeking an entry level Robotics Service Technician to fill an opening for a Long-term hire opportunity with a leading robotics and automation company in their growing team. The Ideal candidates should have a background in robot maintenance with a solid understanding of ladder logic and troubleshooting. This is an exciting opportunity for Service Technician looking for a company that offers great benefits and competitive pay Service Technician will be working full-time, with premium paid overtime after 40 hours. Pay will be around $25-$30/hour based on each candidates' skills and education. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. They offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, bonuses, and more. Will also pay per diem during travel. Qualified Service Technicians will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:
- Associate's degree or other strong education in robotics or mechatronics.
- 1+ or more years of experience with ladder logic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for robot maintenance
- Able to demonstrate understanding of installation, debugging, and maintenance of robotic automation.
- Must be able to travel out of town, some travel will be local. Greater than 50% travel
- Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered)
- Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, and reference checks, etc.
