About the role Operate collaborative robots within a production cell to complete assembly tasks with consistency and care. This is a hands‑on role built for doers—no prior robotics background required. Core responsibilities Run cobots and related equipment safely and efficiently Stage, load, and unload parts and materials Initiate and monitor production cycles Carry out basic assembly and quality verifications Recognize issues and escalate to the appropriate teammate Keep the cell clean, orderly, and safe Adhere to standard work and achieve daily output goals Qualifications Consistent attendance and dependable work habits Comfort with hands‑on work and learning new tools Follows instructions and safety rules precisely Basic computer/touchscreen proficiency Detail‑oriented with a quality mindset Experience in assembly, construction, manufacturing, or general labor is helpful but not required No robot programming experience required; training provided Who thrives here People who enjoy practical, tool‑based work Those comfortable with game controllers, screens, or new tech Schedule First shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
