If you have strong MIG welding skills, can read blueprints and welding symbols, and have experience troubleshooting or operating robotic welding equipment, we want to hear from you.
Pay & Schedule Pay:
$22.00-$24.00/hr 1st

4:00 AM-2:30 PM 2nd

2:30 PM-1:00 AM What You'll Do Operate and maintain robotic welding equipment to produce quality parts. Set up and operate gas-shielded MIG welding equipment. Perform welding and fit-up according to blueprints and specifications. Read and interpret complex blueprints and welding symbols. Program basic robotic functions and assist with weld adjustments. Troubleshoot robotic welding and equipment issues. Perform equipment changeovers and preventive maintenance. Rework parts using welding equipment, hand tools, and robot programming adjustments. Complete inventory and production transactions using computer systems. Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S standards. Follow all company safety and quality procedures. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. Minimum 4 years of welding and fitting experience. Strong MIG/wire-feed welding skills. Advanced ability to read blueprints and welding symbols. Ability to troubleshoot welding and robotic equipment. Basic computer skills. Ability to successfully complete required welding certification. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling. Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. as needed. Comfortable working around welding and manufacturing equipment. Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety footwear.
