Robot Welder Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
Location:
Nicollet, MN For over 50 years, Hewitt Machine & Manufacturing has been a trusted leader in boat dock, lift, and pontoon leg manufacturing , serving customers across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated welder who wants to take the next step and learn robotic welding! If you have solid welding experience and a strong work ethic, Hewitt is willing to train you in all robotic welding operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build new skills, operate modern equipment, and grow within a stable, high-performance manufacturing team. If you're a great welder, we can teach you the rest! What You'll Do Operate robotic welding cells during production Load materials, set up parts, and monitor weld quality Perform small manual welds when needed Learn how to adjust basic robot programs (training provided) Inspect welds for accuracy and consistency Keep the robotic welding area organized, safe, and efficient Work closely with experienced robotic programmers and welders Support continuous improvement of weld quality and workflows What We're Looking For Required Some welding experience Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn Good attention to detail and pride in quality work Strong motivation to learn new skills and grow
Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
