Summary/Objective:

The robotic weld associate position is responsible for operating, maintaining and trouble-shooting welding robots for all phases of production. The position communicates with co-workers, and maintains a safe, organized and clean work environment.

Essential Functions:

Operate robotic welders at or above established quality and efficiency standards Produce weld quality consistently that meet quality standards within job schedule Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety by completing preventive maintenance per established schedules Collaborate with Engineering I Quality Department personnel in testing and evaluating welding equipment, metals, fixtures, methods and processes Inspect welding products to ensure accuracy and discover flaws Train other personnel on operating robotic system program Accurately complete all required paperwork in a timely manner Communicate with other departments as necessary Keep work areas clean and organized Adhere to all company rules and policies Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor #ZR
