Norwood Sales Inc. is seeking experienced Robot Welders for day (6am to 4:30pm) Preferred qualifications include at least 1 years of production and can set up and program Robot-Welders, testing and modifying programs and providing automation support and repairs when needed.
Job Functions :
Ability to solve complex problems Capable of interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram and schedule form.
Requirements:
Robotic Operating:
2+ years - IGM and Fanuc experience required Some PLC programming preferred Ability to read and interpret documents including electrical and pneumatics blueprints Experience with robot mechanical, controller, gripper and work cell repairs Proficient in advanced mechanical assemblies, sensor technology, pneumatics and vision setups/adjustments Previous experience with automation, robot controls and vision systems highly preferred. Must be a self-starter and team player, general math, welding and blueprint reading skills required.
