Norwood Sales Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Manager to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes. The Production Manager will assist our Plant Manager and oversee all daily operations in our expanding manufacturing facility.
•$1,000.00 Sign-On Bonus
•Responsibilities include but are not limited in are: Lead production staff for fabrication, welding, and assembly shops. Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs Maintaining current quality standards Address employees' issues or grievances The ideal individual should have these qualities: Have a thorough knowledge to be able to work independently Possess strong decision making skills Possess a strong ability to execute a given plan or strategy Have excellent problem solving skills Have excellent focus on the outcome for daily tasks Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of production management experience.
