Description & Requirements Join our team as an Automated Production Equipment Operator , where you'll operate robotic and automated systems to ensure efficient palletizing, sorting, and packaging of finished products. This role involves hands-on operation of palletizing machinery and stretch-wrapping equipment to keep production running smoothly and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating and Monitoring Robotic Equipment:

Manage robotic equipment consoles that handle sorting, transferring, and stacking pallets and containers.

Pallet Labeling and Stacking:

Use consoles to control labeling and stacking processes, ensuring proper arrangement and sorting according to schedules and patterns.

Quality Control:

Identify and sort defective packages, redirecting them when necessary, and monitor for any production issues.

Jam and Malfunction Management:

Stop equipment to clear jams and report malfunctions.

Material Supply:

Load equipment with necessary supplies like pallets, base sheets, or corner boards.

Record-Keeping:

Maintain detailed records on production and equipment performance.

Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Skills:

Mechanical aptitude, a quality-focused mindset, and a good understanding of robotic control systems

Equipment/Training Knowledge:

Pay Range:
