Job Description

Duties:
Deliver hands-on and classroom instruction in mechatronics concepts, including automation, robotics, electrical, mechanical, and programmable logic controller (PLC) systems, to prepare students for successful completion of the MVCC Mechatronics Certificate program and entry into advanced manufacturing careers.
Qualifications:
New York State Certification in Vocational-Technical Education or eligibility for transitional certification along with an Associate degree with relevant experience required, bachelor's degree preferred.
Location of Position:
Rome, NY Term of Employment:
Full- time, 10 month position
Salary:
$65,913 (Starting salary is based on the minimum step of the Madison-Oneida BOCES Teachers' Contract. Salary may increase based on verified education and prior experience in accordance with the contract.)
