Mechatronics Technician Roles:

1. Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications to improve teammate safety, quality, throughput, and synchronous material flow in GM assembly area. 2. Provide Mechanical, Electrical and Robotics guidance/assistance to CSC Assembly Manufacturing on assigned shift. 3. Recognize unsafe equipment conditions and propose improvements to eliminate potential for operator interface accidents.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist program managers with installations of equipment and new equipment start-ups 2. Assist CSC Manufacturing and Maintenance with Assembly equipment uptime. 3. Assist/lead with trouble shooting of equipment faults. 4. Assist Maintenance with development of equipment preventive maintenance.
