Shift:
7:00 pm - 7:10 am on a standard 3-2-2 schedule The "Work-Life Balance" Schedule We run a 3-2-2-3 rotation, meaning you work 12-hour shifts but enjoy two 3-day weekends every month. Why Plastipak? As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you aren't just fixing machines; you're the backbone of a high-demand, recession-resilient operation.
You Will:
Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and maintain vison systems, leak detection systems and autonomous robots on the production floor. Test production equipment for operational ability. Assist with Ethernet network maintenance Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures Expand your expertise through formal training & on-the-job experiences, including new equipment installation & equipment modification projects
You Have:
A minimum of 6 months of experience with Vision systems An associates degree in robotics, automation, mechatronics, or electrical technology is preferred A minimum of one (1) year of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment. Ability to interpret technical & operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, schematics Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without reasonable accommodation As a Plastipak Associate, you receive a benefits package offering the following: Wellness Programs Health Insurance Coverage, including
