10:00 PM•6:00 AM / 8:00 AM Job Summary We are seeking experienced Robot Weld Technicians to support automotive manufacturing operations in the Toledo area. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and optimizing robotic welding systems and automated production equipment. Candidates with experience working on FANUC robots or similar robotic welding systems are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair robotic welding cells and automated manufacturing equipment Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and robotic system issues Perform preventative maintenance on welding robots and production equipment Support production by minimizing equipment downtime Teach, touch up, and adjust robot weld paths as needed Troubleshoot weld quality issues and assist with process improvements Work with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to resolve equipment concerns Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation Perform robot recoveries, fault diagnostics, and system restarts Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently Qualifications Experience working with FANUC robots or similar industrial robotic systems Previous experience in automotive manufacturing preferred Strong troubleshooting skills in robotic, electrical, and mechanical systems Experience with robotic welding equipment and automated production lines Ability to read electrical prints and technical documentation Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment is a plus Ability to work independently and in a team environment High School Diploma or GED required Preferred Experience FANUC Robot Programming and Troubleshooting Robotic Welding Systems Automotive Manufacturing PLC Troubleshooting Automated Production Equipment Preventative Maintenance Electrical and Mechanical Repair Spot Welding or MIG Welding Processes Benefits Competitive Pay Overtime Opportunities Stable Automotive Manufacturing Environment Career Growth Opportunities Multiple Shift Options Available Qualified candidates with robotic welding, FANUC, automotive maintenance, or automation experience are encouraged to apply.
