$26-28/hour, Paid Weekly via Direct Deposit Canadian Executive Search currently seeking a skilled and motivated Robotic Weld Technician to join their growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for an individual with experience troubleshooting robotic welding equipment in a fast-paced production environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining robotic welding systems, improving efficiency, and supporting production operations to ensure quality and uptime standards are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair robotic welding equipment and automated systems Perform preventative maintenance on robotic weld cells and related equipment Assist with robotic programming adjustments and optimization Diagnose electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues Support continuous improvement initiatives within the welding department Ensure welding quality standards are consistently met Work closely with maintenance, engineering, and production teams Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Robotic Weld Technician or similar role Experience working with robotic welding systems in a manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting abilities with mechanical and electrical systems Knowledge of automated production equipment and welding processes Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Experience with PLCs and robotic programming is considered an asset Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Want to apply?
