Gulf Coast region, from LA to the FL Pan Hanle Family oriented culture Internally-developed and externally hired leadership out of top companies Hands-off management approach Great reputation with clients Strong pipeline of projects through 2027 Job Description Key responsibilities of a Layout Technician include: Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals Utilize Total Station and other instruments to lay out buildings and project sites Create reports to present to General Superintendent and company leadership Travel between projects as needed (Travel expenses covered by company) Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable Liaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficacy MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful candidate: 5+ years of engineering, architectural, or construction surveying experience in related markets Strong organizational skills; candidate should be energized by working with different teams, both internal and external Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects and teams concurrently.
