We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Subsurface Utility Engineering Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Subsurface Utility Engineering Technician, you will play a crucial role in our projects by providing accurate measurements and data to ensure the successful completion of our projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure that all project activities are carried out according to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review plans and CAD files for field use. Prepare field packages for utility locating. Locate, mark & collect surface and subsurface utilities. Process field data and review for quality control and create client deliverables. Prepare and maintain accurate survey reports, maps, and drawings. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to interpret and implement survey data. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Monitor and report on project progress and any discrepancies. Assist in the preparation of project estimates and budgets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Subsurface Utility Engineering Technician, or in a similar role. Proficiency in using GPR, EM, Sonde and other related equipment and software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
