Selects data needed to create maps, including photos, aerial photos and satellite information, and helps produce and update maps that show boundaries or topographical information.

Webb & Associates, Inc. - 3.0 Winter Park, FL Job Details Full-time $24 - $30 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Data quality checks CAD software Data quality assurance CAD design (engineering design task) Research Construction plans Construction drawing review Quality control Full Job Description Thorough understanding of As-Builts, Construction and Utility Surveys. Must have 2+ years of progressive professional land surveying experience, including experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018 or later (Creating and editing DWGs, layer properties, blocks and external references, annotations, annotative scale, text styles-fonts, create custom annotative scale). Perform survey office calculations to process field data, control, and Stake-out. Conduct research to determine location of boundary lines. Good understanding of ALTA, boundary, topo principles. Must know how to read construction plans/drawings. Ability to prioritize up to 4 different projects a day for As-Built drafting. Detailed-oriented (
Example:
QA/QC by checking coordinate data from client and making sure correct snap precision are used in AutoCAD). Communicates well with clients, field crew and office coworkers. Ability to think critically and ask questions when unsure of As-Built requirements (
Example:
Using proper spacing and making sure legibility is preserved for client's progress As-Builts may require recreating the base file with edge of pavement and centerline).

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
