Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with a team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency Research deeds, recorded plats, and other public or private documents necessary for survey project completion Download and process survey field data and drone data Interpret and plot record deeds and plats for all types of property surveys Develop, draft, and modify drawings and relevant files related to final plats and surveys in AutoCAD Civil 3D Draft legal descriptions for boundaries and easements Aid in the creation of field views to verify data plots and ensure land features are as depicted on project survey maps Collaborate with internal departments on project details Report recurring field errors in coding, line work, or incorrect field note format to co-workers and supervisors as needed Valuable Skills for Success in this
