Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and designing for surveying and engineering projects using Carlson Software . The CAD Drafter will work closely with engineers and surveyors to prepare detailed drawings, maps, and plans for a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Carlson Software to create and modify technical drawings and site plans for surveying and engineering projects. Interpret field notes, sketches, and survey data to develop accurate designs. Collaborate with engineers and surveyors to ensure project specifications and compliance with industry standards. Maintain organized and updated records of drawings and project documentation. Assist in reviewing and revising plans as needed based on feedback from project teams. Ensure quality control and accuracy of all drawings before submission.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proficiency in Carlson Software and experience with CAD Software . Prior experience in drafting for surveying and/or civil engineering projects is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and survey data. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Associate's degree or certification in drafting, surveying, engineering technology, or a related field is preferred.
