Miller: Field Data Technician

We are hiring a Field Data Technician to support field operations by ensuring the timely flow of information between field crews and supervisors.

Main Responsibilities:

Communicate between Project Manager and General Foreman. Gather measurements, data, and pictures needed for restoration. Report information to vendors via the vendor's system. Monitor sub-contractors completing various restoration work. Post and take down no-parking signs for restoration crews. Collaborate with customers for agreeable quantities reflected in production & invoicing. Keep documentation for customer complaints, as well as pre- and post-construction conditions of job site. Deliver required information to crews and sub-contractors including permits, maps, and other information. Pick up documents from crews and transport them to office ensuring documents get to the appropriate individual.

Required Qualifications:

Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. High level of customer service. Valid driver's license and safe driving record. Ability to follow directions and stay on task. Good mathematical skills. Strong ability to operate tablet and smart phone applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
