Responsibilities As a Senior Survey Technician, you will support both office and field teams by processing survey data and preparing final project deliverables. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will perform technical tasks using current technology and help improve project efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure office and field requirements are met Process field data and prepare CAD-based land survey deliverables Perform daily data processing, evaluating accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations and professional standards Prepare survey plats, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, drawings, legal descriptions, and alignment drawings Perform deed research, deed plotting, boundary calculations, and map checks Conduct initial and final quality-control reviews of field data, plats, drawings, and client-specific deliverables Monitor field crew production and provide technical office support, including crew briefings and debriefings Perform on-site quality checks when needed Train and support field and office staff on survey standards and best practices Help ensure project schedules and productivity goals are met Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required Experience processing survey data using Trimble Business Center (TBC) Experience preparing plats and
ALTA/NSPS
