Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant - Virtual Survey to support daily administrative operations while assisting with online surveys, data collection, scheduling, and customer communication. This is a remote position requiring strong computer skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual surveys via phone, email, or online platforms. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings. Enter, update, and maintain accurate records and databases. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. Respond to emails and customer inquiries professionally. Verify survey responses for accuracy and completeness. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing and document management. Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or data entry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Strong typing and data entry skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Preferred Skills Experience with online survey platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, Qualtrics). Knowledge of CRM or database software. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Basic analytical and reporting skills. Work Environment Remote/work-from-home. Flexible schedule depending on project needs. Full-time or part-time opportunities may be available.
