A Surveying or Mapping Technician works with surveyors and cartographers to gather data and create maps. Visits sites and records survey measurements and descriptive data. Selects data needed to create maps, including photos, aerial photos and satellite information, and helps produce and update maps that show boundaries or topographical information.

•Full Remote Available - Must live in PA•
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Development of survey plans and construction documents working on complex CAD projects under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor Work efficiently, multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment Perform work in an accurate and timely manner Handle multiple assignments with competing priorities Maintain company CAD standards throughout the projects
Key Qualifications:
1-2 years of progressive survey work experience or Associates Degree in CAD related field Working knowledge of topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivisions, easement and vacation plats Microstation experience preferred Exceptional client service skills as well as in a team environment Self-starting, requiring minimal supervision once trained General knowledge of MS Office Good communication skills Offers high growth potential and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life, disability, PTO days as well as an employer matching 401(k) program.
