Ready to build something that matters? We are looking for an experienced Surveyor/Layout Technician to join one of Tennessee's fastest growing Civil Construction Companies. What You'll Do:
Perform construction layout and staking for civil construction projects. Establish and verify elevations, grades, lines, and points. Read and interpret construction plans, site plans, and engineering drawings. Work closely with project managers superintendents, foremen, and field crews. Perform field measurements and verify esisting site conditions. Maintain accurate field notes and layout records. Create As Builts Troubleshoot field conditions and communicate discrepancies to the project team.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of professional surveying, construction layout, or civil construction experience. Proficient in Carlson Survey or equivalent surveying/design software. Strong understanding of civil construction practices. Ability to read and understand plans and specifications. Experience with GPS. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
