Ensure proper appraisal procedure and techniques are being followed by appraisal department in using the PACS Mobile application Update appraisal records on all residential and commercial files from documents and forms received from appraisal staff and other authorized persons. Be familiar with District's CAMA system in order to research and retrieve records. Provide customer service on the phone, email and front counter. Answering a wide range of complex questions posed by the public concerning various situations. Process mineral DTR Data Entry for Motor Vehicle Inventory reports Process Mobile home Monthly Titling Report Recalculate system weekly and run Recalculation Error Report Assist with ARB hearings Homestead Exemptions (back-up) Process supplement (back-up) Shall be classified an exempt employee Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service skills Proficient computer skills Ability to adapt to changes Willingness to take on more responsibility as needed Spanish bilingual ability desirable
