The AutoCAD Technician is responsible for processing field data and creating accurate, detailed survey drawings including Boundary, Topographic, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, and Subdivision Plats. ALTA/NSPS
Land Title Surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and as-builts. Research, interpret, and plot deeds, historical plats, easements, and right-of-way maps. Perform survey computations, including boundary closures, point calculations, and volume calculations. Maintain and apply company CAD standards, layers, and templates consistently across all projects. Communicate with field crews to resolve missing or conflicting data. Qualifications & Skills High proficiency in AutoCAD. Direct experience drafting for land surveying or civil engineering projects. Strong understanding of survey mathematics, coordinate systems, and legal descriptions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deadlines. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
