We specialize in new custom pools, outdoor living spaces, backyard renovations, and pool maintenance services. In the last 30 years we have provided thousands of our neighbors with stunning backyard experiences. Contributing to our growing community is a charge we take very seriously. Our Survey Technician position is an entry level, full-time, non-seasonal position. The schedule is Monday-Friday (8am-5pm).

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OUTSIDE IN ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS

Core Responsibilities:

• Measure backyards at potential customer homes
• Record measurements and elevations
• Create 2D layouts of homes, fence lines, and backyard structures using ArcSite
• Submit swimming pool plans and permit applications to cities and local HOA's
• Communicate with city permitting offices and HOA representatives regarding application status and requirements
• Track permit approvals and maintain organized project documentation
• Communicate with the sales and construction teams regarding surveys and permit progress

Requirements:

• No previous surveying or permitting experience needed — training provided
• Clean driving record
• Valid driver's license
• No felony convictions (must pass criminal background check)
• Must pass drug screening (initial and random)
• Comfortable using technology and learning new software systems
