Job Description The CAD Surveyor will be responsible for: Producing and revising detailed engineering and utility drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Processing GPS and surveying field data to create accurate maps, plans, and project deliverables. Preparing and maintaining as-built documentation to reflect completed field work. Coordinating with survey crews, engineers, and project stakeholders to verify data accuracy. Organizing survey records, mapping files, and technical project documentation. Supporting utility, civil, and infrastructure projects through drafting and survey-related activities. Ensuring drawings comply with company standards, project requirements, and industry best practices. Assisting project teams in delivering accurate and timely design and construction documentation. The Successful Applicant A successful CAD Surveyor should have: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Experience processing GPS points, survey datasets, and as-built information. Background in surveying, utility mapping, civil engineering support, or a related discipline. Understanding of coordinate systems, drafting standards, and field-to-finish survey workflows. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
