Job Description

Carow Land Surveying is a professional surveying business offering a variety of services to public, private and commercial entities. We are currently hiring a full-time CAD Technician to join our family-based business.
Responsibilities:
  • Mapping/computation of boundary, topographic, ALTA and utility surveys
  • Ability to read construction plans, field notes, area/bearings, title work, etc.
  • Drafting of Certified Survey Maps, plat of surveys, site plans
  • Understanding of deeds
  • Ability to prioritize projects and work in a high-paced environment
  • Perform other related duties and required and assigned
Qualifications:
  • Some experience working with AutoCAD based programs
  • Survey based drafting knowledge preferred
  • Strong communication and time-management skills required
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$20.00 - $37.00 per hour
