Selects data needed to create maps, including photos, aerial photos and satellite information, and helps produce and update maps that show boundaries or topographical information.

Job Description
Carow Land Surveying is a professional surveying business offering a variety of services to public, private and commercial entities. We are currently hiring a full-time CAD Technician to join our family-based business.
Responsibilities:
- Mapping/computation of boundary, topographic, ALTA and utility surveys
- Ability to read construction plans, field notes, area/bearings, title work, etc.
- Drafting of Certified Survey Maps, plat of surveys, site plans
- Understanding of deeds
- Ability to prioritize projects and work in a high-paced environment
- Perform other related duties and required and assigned
Qualifications:
- Some experience working with AutoCAD based programs
- Survey based drafting knowledge preferred
- Strong communication and time-management skills required
