Overview Join our dynamic team as an Office Surveyor - Land Survey. We're a family-owned, Cave Creek small business that is growing again! In this role, you will assist our RLS, Survey Manager in managing all incoming projects, set-up, calculations, and coordinating all work for the field crew daily. This position offers an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise to continue growing in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Perform construction staking calculations to support field crews. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to interpret schematics and drafting plans for construction or land development projects.

Prepare ALTA, boundary and topographic surveys, final plats, and legal descriptions for public and private projects. Process survey field notes, perform survey related research, and compile site related information. Schedule and support field crew daily Requirements Minimum of 5+ years land surveying experience. 3+ years' experience with construction calculation requirements, including reading plans, specifications, and as-builts. LSIT or RLS is a plus. High school diploma or G.E.D. Knowledge of the Public Land Survey System, title commitments, easements, Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards, and municipal submittal requirements. Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D Microstation experience a plus. Working knowledge of MS and Google office products.

Pay:

$35.00 - $44.00 per hour
