DOWNRITE ENGINEERING
a Land Development Company located in Miami, Florida is seeking a Florida Licensed Land Surveyor . We are a Land Development company specializing in site development including the installation of water, sewer, paving, drainage, lake excavation, pump stations and more. What You'll Be Doing- Coordinate and review the work of Survey Crews and Survey Cad Technicians.
- AutoCad Experience Required
- Work with field Project Managers.
- Sign and Seal Surveys and As-Builts.
- Construction layout knowledge, ability to read and comprehend Construction Plans.
- Prepare legal descriptions if needed.
- Proficient with Surveying Principles & Practices and engineering design and construction practices.
- Knowledge with the preparation and submission of Water & Sewer and Paving & Drainage As-Builts. What You Need to Have
- Professional Land Surveyor License registered in the state of Florida.
- Experience in construction survey, water & sewer, paving & drainage.
- AutoCad Experience.
- Strong math skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Valid Florida driver's license.
