Uses global positioning system (GPS) and global information system (GIS) technology to make measurements. May specialize in measurements to determine airspace boundaries; may conduct marine or hydrographic surveys to measure bodies of water and determine shorelines and water flow and depth.

DOWNRITE ENGINEERING
a Land Development Company located in Miami, Florida is seeking a Florida Licensed Land Surveyor . We are a Land Development company specializing in site development including the installation of water, sewer, paving, drainage, lake excavation, pump stations and more. What You'll Be Doing
  • Coordinate and review the work of Survey Crews and Survey Cad Technicians.
  • AutoCad Experience Required
  • Work with field Project Managers.
  • Sign and Seal Surveys and As-Builts.
  • Construction layout knowledge, ability to read and comprehend Construction Plans.
  • Prepare legal descriptions if needed.
  • Proficient with Surveying Principles & Practices and engineering design and construction practices.
  • Knowledge with the preparation and submission of Water & Sewer and Paving & Drainage As-Builts. What You Need to Have
  • Professional Land Surveyor License registered in the state of Florida.
  • Experience in construction survey, water & sewer, paving & drainage.
  • AutoCad Experience.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Valid Florida driver's license.
Pay:
$140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
