Join our team as a Site Superintendent in Metro Atlanta with Atlanta HOA Services, where we manage essential property services for HOA communities, including landscaping, pools, drainage, and more. This remote-first role offers you the chance to make a real impact on our communities while developing your skills in construction management. In your first 90 days, you'll dive right into inspecting assigned communities, documenting conditions with photos, and supervising vendor crews on-site. Your keen eye for detail will help ensure that work aligns with contract specifications, allowing you to catch issues before they escalate. You'll also become proficient in submitting daily field reports and keeping organized photo documentation, essential for clear communication with project managers and board members. What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• in construction, property maintenance, or related fields.
• Multi-trade knowledge
• across areas such as drainage, concrete, and landscaping, which will empower you to oversee diverse projects effectively.
• Strong written communication skills
• to articulate your observations in reports that drive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in photo documentation and reporting tools
• to maintain accurate project records.
• A •valid driver's license and reliable transportation•for traveling to various job sites across metro Atlanta.

While experience with HOA or multi-family portfolios, metro Atlanta permitting, or bilingual abilities in English/Spanish is a bonus, our primary focus is on your ability to manage site operations and ensure quality.
