We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Solar Site Surveyor to join our team in Hills, IA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conducting site assessments for solar installations, a passion for renewable energy, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Perform site surveys for residential solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
• Assess and document site conditions, including roof measurements, shading analysis, and structural integrity.
• Collect and document data on electrical systems, including panel locations and breaker panel capacity.
• Provide accurate and detailed site survey reports to the design and installation teams.
• Ensure all site surveys comply with local codes and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain the survey process and address any questions or concerns.
• Work closely with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from survey to installation.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• NABCEP certification is highly desirable.

• Compensation and Benefits:
