We specialize in precise layout work for residential and commercial projects; excavation, footings, stem walls, and more. We're looking for a reliable Total Station Operator. What You'll Do Perform construction layouts using a Trimble robotic total station Control into job sites using property pins and existing survey control Lay out building corners and related points for excavation, foundations, and boundaries. Work independently on active construction sites Communicate clearly with superintendents and the office Maintain accuracy, organization, and a clean work product Drive to multiple jobs daily Perform necessary office duties Work with CAD systems and build plans and models Manage layout supplies and equipment Maintain equipment Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Physical ability to perform field work on active construction sites Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong technological proficiency Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent Must be comfortable with dynamic schedule High capacity for learning Preferred Qualifications Hands-on Trimble (or similar) total station experience
