The ideal candidate has strong project management experience, professional licensure, and expertise in land surveying software and field technologies. Job Roles and Responsibilities Manage boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction staking, as-built, and land development survey projects. Lead and supervise survey field crews while ensuring quality control throughout project execution. Review survey data, calculations, and final deliverables for accuracy. Prepare plats, legal descriptions, easement documents, and survey reports. Conduct deed research, boundary analysis, and title research. Process field data using Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center. Coordinate with engineers, attorneys, title companies, government agencies, and clients. Develop project scopes, schedules, and proposals. Resolve complex boundary and right-of-way issues. Mentor junior surveyors and field personnel. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure compliance with applicable surveying standards and regulations. Qualifications and Certifications Education Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. Experience Minimum 7+ years of professional land surveying experience. Experience managing survey projects and supervising field crews.
