We are hiring a Kentucky professional land surveyor to seal plats and boundary work and run a field crew. What you would do Boundary retracement and record research at the Grant County courthouse and those nearby Subdivision plats, minor plats and lot splits through county and city review Topographic and route surveys for site and roadway design

land title surveys Construction staking for streets, utilities and building pads Easement and legal descriptions and exhibits Run the crew and plan the field work What we need Kentucky PLS license, or licensure in another state and eligibility for Kentucky by comity. We pay for and help with reciprocity. Working knowledge of Kentucky boundary law and the Board's minimum standards Robotic total station and GNSS experience Ability to produce finished drawings in AutoCAD or Carlson Valid driver's license. Field work is year-round, outdoors, on uneven ground. What helps Crew chief or party chief experience Work for fiscal courts, water districts and small cities Familiarity with Northern Kentucky records Drone or scanning experience Compensation Pay depends on licensure and experience, and we will give you a number on the first call. Field vehicle and survey equipment provided. W-2 position with paid time off.
