In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Performing construction layout of general site work, underground utilities, concrete foundations, anchor bolts, and concrete paving. Reviewing plans and specifications related to surveying. Ensuring that the survey party observes departmental safety rules and regulations. Performing and checking calculations and keeping field notes and records; computes quantities. Performing related duties as required. Qualification Guidelines Knowledge of Field survey methods, materials, instruments, equipment, and procedures. Construction methods, materials, and equipment. Basic construction safety practices. Ability to Pass pre-employment drug screenings and background checks. Keep accurate field survey records, make sketches, and compile reports. Make fair and impartial decisions. Perform complex computations and measurements. Operate surveying equipment. Understand and carry out oral and written directions. Communicate effectively orally and in writing. Read and understand technical reports, maps, drawings, specifications, plans, codes, etc. Learn and utilize new skills and information to improve job performance and efficiency.Note:
