Key Responsibilities:

Perform field layout for footings, walls, slabs, and embeds Establish and maintain control points, benchmarks, and elevations Review drawings and identify discrepancies before work is installed Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen on daily priorities Verify layout accuracy prior to concrete placement to prevent rework Assist with as-builts, documentation, and field measurements Coordinate with other trades and GC layout teams to avoid conflicts Support overall field operations to keep crews productive and efficient Preform Carpentry work during times when layout is not needed

Qualifications:

2-5+ years in construction layout, surveying, or concrete field engineering Strong understanding of commercial concrete construction practices. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Experience with Robotic total station or layout equipment (Topcon, Trimble, Leica, etc.) Knowledge with Magnet CAD Software is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Self-motivated and able to operate independently in the field Compensation for
