Licensed Land Surveyor

Licensed Land Surveyor | Join Our Team Established in 1975, our Maryland Land Survey Company is seeking a team member with a Licensed Land Surveyor/Property Line Surveyor certification. Our team seeks dynamic individuals to join and contribute to various projects in the DC Metro area and Maryland Suburbs. This is a full-time or part-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities include:

Translating project designs between the office and the field. Preparing and interpreting survey maps, legal descriptions, and construction plans. Leading and mentoring field survey teams. Conducting boundary, topographic, ALTA, location and construction stake-out surveys. Ensuring accuracy and quality control in all surveying activities. Collaborating with engineers, architects, and construction teams. Overseeing project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications:

Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license and/or Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or Property Line Surveyor license. Minimum 5+ years of experience in land surveying and/or civil engineering. Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD and/or Carlson. Strong technical expertise in survey plan preparation, regulatory compliance, and client management.
