$120,000 - $160,000Knowesis is seeking an SME III - Population Survey Methodologist to be the principal authority on survey methodology and measurement for large-scale DoD populations. This expert will lead the design, sampling, statistical analysis, and dissemination for crucial survey efforts, specifically focusing on the Health-Related Behaviors Survey (HRBS).The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:- Provide senior-level subject matter expertise on survey methodology and measurement for DoD populations.
- Advise on the design, implementation, and dissemination of large population-level surveys within the DoD.
- demonstrated expertise in survey design, sampling methods, survey statistics, and interpretation of survey findings to support the execution of the Health-Related Behaviors Survey.

Required Qualifications:
- Doctorate (PhD) in Epidemiology, Psychology, or a related field with a focus on survey methodology.
- At least 8 years of full-time postdoctoral work experience providing methodological inputs to complex multi-site surveys.
- At least 3 years of full-time postdoctoral experience leading large survey projects.
- Scientific publication record reflecting academic or federal research deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience navigating DoD survey licensing and regulatory approvals.
- Expertise in complex survey weighting and variance estimation techniques.
