Marine Cargo & Automobile Surveyor We are seeking a detail-oriented Marine Cargo and Automobile Surveyor to join our team at the Port of Baltimore . In this role, you will play a critical part in the supply chain by inspecting vehicles and cargo to ensure safety, quality, and compliance during the loading and discharging processes. We are currently hiring for both Full-Time ($25.00/hour) and Part-Time ($30.00/hour) positions.
Key Responsibilities Vessel Inspections:
Spend significant time on terminal and onboard vessels observing, monitoring, and documenting the loading and discharging of various cargo.
Vehicle Inspections:
Conduct thorough physical inspections of both new and used automobiles on the terminal to assess condition and check for damages.
Documentation:
Generate accurate, detailed reports and logs of all findings, exceptions, and cargo conditions.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere strictly to port safety protocols, terminal regulations, and maritime industry standards.
Requirements & Qualifications TWIC Card:
Must possess a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) . Applications without a TWIC cannot be considered.
Reliable Transportation:
Must have your own dependable vehicle to travel to and around the port terminals.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to spend long periods standing, walking, climbing vessel ladders, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Attention to
