Team Environment:
No lone wolves here—we've got each other's backs. What You'll Do Keep the grade tight set stakes, check elevations, and make sure everything lines up. Work with the surveyor and operators to keep jobs on track. Signal operators and call corrections when needed. Fix low and high spots by hand when it matters—shovel, tamp, and adjust.
Jump in where needed:
shoveling, raking, moving materials, running a wheelbarrow. Set up and move traffic control (signs, cones, barricades). Run small tools like jackhammers if needed. Do daily inspections and keep the paperwork right. Follow all safety rules and look out for your crew. What It Takes to Join the Crew High school diploma or GED. Experience in construction or grade setting using GPS, LIDAR and total station millimeter control tools. Must be at least 18 years old. Pass drug test and physical. Tough enough to work in all weather—heat, cold, rain, or snow. Good attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset. What We Offer Competitive pay you can count on.
