Job Description
Join a growing civil engineering firm as a Licensed Land Surveyor in Raleigh, NC, where you will take the lead on building and shaping the company's surveying function from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity for a North Carolina licensed professional who wants to step into a high-impact role, oversee survey operations, help hire a future field crew, and grow with a company that also has its own land acquisition and land development divisions. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed Land Surveyor position include: Active North Carolina Land Surveyor license required Ability to work independently as the company's lead surveying professional Experience with residential, commercial, and industrial projects Strong field surveying background with willingness to spend approximately 80% of time in the field and 20% in the office Manage surveying activities for a variety of local projects in the Raleigh area Lead the development of the survey department and assist with hiring future field crew staff Coordinate survey efforts with engineering and development teams to support project success Utilize a company vehicle for local project-related travel
Salary :
$110,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.Benefits :
