We are seeking a Survey Party Chief to join our North Carolina operations and play a key role in supporting field construction activities through accurate survey control, layout, and as-built documentation.
What You Will Be DoingProvide construction layout, control lines, and elevations for field operationPerform topographic and cross-section surveys to support project planning and productionVerify as-built conditions and ensure field measurements are accurateAssist with quantity calculations and project documentationTroubleshoot field layout challenges and coordinate with project teamsLead and direct survey crews while maintaining safety and quality standardsLSIT is preferred.
What You Need For This Job3+ years of surveying and land mapping experienceExperience with construction layout, topographic surveys, and cross-section surveysStrong knowledge of survey instruments and field data collectionValid driver's licenseLeadership experience directing or mentoring survey personnelStrong communication skills with project management and engineering teamsWhat's In It For YouFull benefits package.
