A Surveyor measures the surface of the Earth and collects data used to make maps, set boundaries, and determine the shape and contour of sections of land. Uses global positioning system (GPS) and global information system (GIS) technology to make measurements. May specialize in measurements to determine airspace boundaries; may conduct marine or hydrographic surveys to measure bodies of water and determine shorelines and water flow and depth.

Their team supports everything from residential builds to large-scale infrastructure and emergency service facilities, combining technical precision with a highly collaborative approach. Prepare detailed mapping and drafting deliverables based on field data
Process and manage survey data, files, and project documentation
Coordinate with project teams, survey crews, and leadership
Support both office workflows and occasional field efforts
Assist with project setup including deed research and file prep
Help manage schedules, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects
Utilize AutoCAD, GIS, and survey data to produce accurate, high-quality work What they're looking for:
